PAYMENT INFORMATION

We use Stripe as our secure payment gateway to ensure your checkout process is safe and seamless. We accept all major payment methods supported by Stripe, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other available localized payment options. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

ORDER PROCESSING

Because we partner with specialized suppliers to bring you our gothic apparel (dropshipping), please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be processed from the time it is placed.

  • Processing includes verifying order details, quality checks, preparing the items for shipment, and handing the package over to our carrier.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on non-working days may begin processing on the next business day.

  • Order processing takes place from Monday to Saturday.

TOTAL ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

All our packages are shipped securely via DHL. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard DHL Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery within 3 to 8 business days.

  • Priority DHL Shipping (£5.00): Estimated delivery within 2 to 5 business days.

Deliveries are typically made on business days from Monday to Saturday, depending on your local DHL courier.

INFORMATION ON POSSIBLE DELAYS

While we strive to meet the timeframes outlined above, the provided delivery times are estimates. In exceptional situations beyond our direct control—such as high logistical volumes, holiday peaks, customs clearance holds, severe weather conditions, or carrier-side delays—delivery may be extended beyond the estimated timeframe. If a significant delay occurs, we will make every effort to keep you informed about your shipment's status.

DELIVERY ISSUES

We want your dark wardrobe additions to arrive perfectly. If you experience any problems with your delivery (such as excessive delays, lack of tracking status updates, or a package marked delivered but not received), please contact us immediately. We will provide full support in clarifying the matter with DHL and finding an appropriate solution.

ORDER CANCELATION AND REFUNDS

If your order is not delivered within a timeframe that significantly exceeds our maximum estimated delivery time, you have the right to contact us to clarify the situation. Depending on the tracking status and applicable legal regulations, we will work with you to either rush a replacement or cancel the order and issue a full refund.
